Glitter Ornaments: 3 - 5 business days

Any wood products:  20 - 22 business days

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. Local Pick Up Orders:  After a week of item being marked as ready, items will be marked as picked up no matter what.  At that time, Hazel Eye Creations is not responsible for missing items.  If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at katrina@hazeleyecreations.com within 7 days from marked as ready.  

Shipped Orders:  If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at katrina@hazeleyecreations.com within 3 days from arrival.
