Tumblers:  20 - 22 business days

Glitter Ornaments: 3 - 5 business days

Any wood products:  20 - 22 business days

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

Local Pick Up Orders:  After a week of item being marked as ready, items will be marked as picked up no matter what.  At that time, Hazel Eye Creations is not responsible for missing items.  If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at katrina@hazeleyecreations.com within 7 days from marked as ready.  

Shipped Orders:  If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at katrina@hazeleyecreations.com within 3 days from arrival.

Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours after purchase.  Cancellations after this period may have a restocking fee.
